Super Tasty Kakarkaya (Karela / Bittergaurd) and Kale Annamlo Podi

Ingredients:

Karela Chips ( Click for recipe)
Kale Chips ( Click for recipe)

Method:

Grind Karela Chips and Kale Chips into smooth powder for tasty annamlo podi.

Remarks:

Serve with hot rice and ghee. For a fried rice, spread 3 to 4 spoons of this powder instead of biryani / pulov masala powder for a unique flavor and tasty rice.
