Easy Yummy Kale Chips Ahoy!!!!

Ingredients

Kale
salt
red chilli poder
any podi (koora podi, karivepaku podi) or garam masala
oil

Method

Wash kale thoroughly and separate leaves and thick stems. Put the kale leaves in a bowl and add salt, red chilli powder, oil and any podi you like. Mix all the ingredients well until the spices are thoroughly coated on the leaves. Keep it aside for few minutes. Take a microwavable dinner plate and arrange kale leaves in a single layer.
Microwave it high for 2-3 minutes and then mix the leaves and microwave again for 2 minutes. Keep repeating these steps with 1 minute interval till the kale leaves turn crispy. Do not burn them. You have to be there till it is done. 
Microwave timings might be slightly different in your microwave.

Remarks
Enjoy these chips with rice or eat it just like a snack.
