Super Easy Cranberry Dhal

Ingredients
2 1/2 to 3 cups cooked toor dhal
1 to 1 1/2 cups cranberries (depends on how sour you want the dhal)
salt as per your taste
turmeric powder 1/2 teaspoon
red chilli powder 1 teaspoon
oil 3 to 4 tablespoons
chopped coriander
Seasoning:
mustard seeds
cumin seeds
uradh dhal
curry leaves
green chillies 4 to 5
red chillies

Method
Put a sauce pan on the stove and on medium heat add  oil and when heated add hing, mustard seeds and when splutter add zeera, uradh dhal, curry leaves, chopped green chillies and red chillies. When the seasoning is done add the washed cranberries, salt and turmeric powder. Add one cup of water. Cover the saucepan with a lid and cook on medium heat till the cranberries are almost cooked. Now add the cooked dhal and cook for 7 to 8 minutes on medium heat and turn off the stove. Garnish with finely chopped coriander and Enjoy.
