Ingredients
Blueberries 2 cups
Brown sugar 4 tablespoons
Cinnamon Powder 1 teaspoon
Corn starch powder paste (1 tablespoons corn starch powder +1 tablespoon water)
Water 1 cup
Method
Wash blueberries and then put them in a saucepan along with water, brown sugar, cinnamon powder. Put the saucepan on the stop and on medium heat bring to a boil. When the blueberries are cooked well, add the corn starch mix to it and on low heat cook until you get the desired sauce consistency. Turn off the stove and serve it warm on the pancakes
