- Ingredients:
- Ready-made Graham Cracker Crusts 2
- Alphonso Mango Pulp 1 tin
- Cool Whip 8 oz 2 tubs
- Cream Cheese 8 oz
- Sour Cream 1/2 cup
- Gelatin 3 packs
- Water 2 cups
- Directions:
- Boil water. Add the gelatin and mix it well till dissolves and turn it off. In a large bowl combine all the ingredients including the gelatin mix with a hand mixer. Pour the mixture into the ready-made crusts. Refrigerate it for a couple of hours or overnight.
