Eggless Banana Bread and Banana Cupcakes



Ingredients:

1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
4 ripe bananas
3/4 cup sugar
1/3 cup melted butter
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
3/4 cup chopped walnuts

Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 375°F. Grease and flour a cake pan.
2. Mash bananas in a bowl and set aside.
3. Mix sugar and melted butter in another bowl and set aside.
4. Combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in a large bowl. Add mashed bananas and some chopped walnuts. Mix well.
5. Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and top with the remaining walnuts.
6. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
7. Let it cool and transfer to a wire rack.

For Cupcakes:

Follow the same recipe, fill muffin pans with paper cups, and bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
