French Cut Beans Curry with Koora Podi

Ingredients:

Frozen French Cut Beans
Salt
Turmeric
Koora Podi

Tampering:
Oil
Mustard Seeds
Cumin Seeds
Uradh Dhal
Chana Dhal
Hing
Curry Leaves
Green Chilies

Method:

Add oil to the pan and add tampering ingredients one by one and after it is done add the washed french cut beans to it Add some salt and Turmeric and cook it till it is done. Now add the Koora Podi 4 to 5 Table spoons (you can add more as per your taste and consistency) and fry it for few more minutes and switch it off.

Variations:
You can skip peanuts and coconut powder if you want.
This curry powder can be added to any curry and it makes the curry very tasty.


Koora Podi

Ingredients:

Toor Dhal 1 Cup
Chana Dhal 1 Cup
Dhania 1 Cup
Zeera 1 Tablespoons
Peanuts 1 1/2 Cup
Coconut Powder 2 Table spoons

Method:

Dry roast all the above ingredients separately and make it to a coarse powder. Grind Peanuts separately and powder it. Add the dry roasted coconut powder to the ground peanuts at the end and grind for few more seconds. Grind all other ingredients together and mix all the powders together and store it in a air tight container after it cools down.

You might have noticed that I did not mention salt or Chilies to the list as I prefer that way. If any  curry is little spicy or salty we can add this powder at the end and it balances the taste.
