16 Bean Adai

Ingredients

1 cup - 16 bean soup mix
1 cup - Rice (regular or brown)
1/4 cup - Urad dhal
Green chillies
Red chillies
Ginger
Corainder leaves chopped finely
Curry leaves chopped finely

Method

Soak the beans, rice and urad dhal for 4 hours. Grind all the ingredients except coriander and curry leaves to a dosa consistency. Add the chopped coriander and curry leaves.

Remarks

Make adai fresh right away
