Ingredients
1 pck Pizza Dough (wheat or white)
1 pck frozen chopped spinach
¾ cup mozzeralla cheese
2 tablespoons parmesan cheese
crushed red pepper flakes
salt to taste
pepper to taste (opt)
crushed garlic (on your taste)
olive oil
zeera
Method
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Farenheit.
Thaw the spinach or microwave it for 5 minutes and sqeeze the extra water. Put a pan on the stove and put 1 tablespoon olive oil. Add zeera and when zeera turns lilttle brown add crushes garlic, thawed spinach , salt to taste , and finally crushed red pepper flakes. Cook till the raw smell of spinach is gone and tuen off the stove. Let the spinach cool slightly.
Open the pizza dough packet and roll the dough into 2 long rectangular pieces.
Spread the cooked spinach, mozeralla cheese and parmesan cheese evenly on the dough leaving the edges for the sealing. Now fold the rectangular pieces into half and press down slightly on the edges to seal well. Slightly make few slits on the roll with a knife.
Bake for 15 minutes or till the roll is golden brown.
Remarks
Serve with marinara sauce for dipping or with a black bean soup.
