Oat Crisps

Ingredients

1 - cup Oats coarsely powdered
1/2 cups - Wheat flour
2 tsp - Brown sugar
1/4 tsp - salt
1/2 tsp - Baking powder
1 tablespoon - Sesame seeds
50 gms - Butter stick
ice water

Method

Preheat the oven to 300 F. Bake time 15 minutes.
Add all the dry ingredients and mix well. Cut the butter into the dry mixture and mix it to the consistency of bread crumbs and add ice water till you get a stiff dough consistency . Roll and cut into desired shapes and make holes on top with fork.
 
Remarks

After cool serve with hot tea.
