Ingredients:
Mix 1:
2 cups Quaker oats grind to coarse
2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
3 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoons baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 cups brown sugar
1 cup sugar
1 cup Nestle mini chocolate morsels
Mix 2:
2 sticks butter (melted)
1 teaspoon vanilla essence or raspberry syrup for flavor
2 tablespoons water
2 tablespoons vinegar
Method:
Preheat oven to 350°F. In a bowl mix all Mix 1 ingredients. In another bowl mix all Mix 2 ingredients. Combine both the ingredients. Make a dough and roll it into small balls. Place the balls in a non greased cookie sheet 1-inch apart from each other and press the balls into discs. Bake for 12 minutes. Remove the sheet and let it sit for 5 minutes. Remove the cookies and place them on cookie drying racks till they are cool.
Enjoy your cookies with warm milk or Tea.
