Healthy Nutritious Raagi Murukulu

Ingredients:

¼ cup raagi flour
¼ cup soya flour
¼ cup rice flour
¼ cup butter   
Salt to taste
Red chilli powder to taste
Sesame seeds (optional)
Oil frying
Water

Method:

Mix all the flours and fold in butter crumbs with enough water to make a soft dough just enough to come through the muruku press. Heat oil and deep fry murukus.
