Ingredients:
CRUST VARIATIONS:
Pizza Dough(store bought or homemade/ English Muffins/ Tandoori Naan/ Masala Naan
1 cup cooked and mashed Black Beans (canned or soaked and boiled)
1/2 cup Taco Sauce (Medium flavor)
3 tablespoons Taco Seasoning Mix
1 cup chopped Tomatoes
1 cup finely shredded Cheese (Mexican or Cheddar)
1/2 cup chopped Green Peppers
1/2 cup chopped colored Sweet Mini Peppers
1 finely chopped Jalapeno Peppers
1/4 cup Black Olives (Fresh or canned)
1/2 cup Crushed Tortilla chips
3 tablespoons Maggie Hot & Sweet Sauce
1 medium Tomato, chopped (1/2 cup)
Method:
Taco Beans:
Soak black beans overnight. Pressure cook the beans. Heat gas and cook beans with water and Taco Seasoning Mix. Mash it with potato masher. Cook on low flame till water is evaporated.
Heat oven to 400°F.
Spray 9-inch square pan with cooking spray. Unroll dough in pan. Press it evenly to make a thin crust. Bake crust for 5 minutes till it is lightly bowned. Take the crust out from the oven
Sprinkle 1/2 cup of the cheese evenly on the crust. Spoon Prepared Taco Beans mixture over cheese. Top with Peppers, tomatoes and olives. Evenly spoon in the taco sauce and maggie hot & sweet sauce evenly on the crust. Garnish with crushed chips and the remaining cheese.
Bake for 8 to 10 minutes or until cheese begins to melt and vegetables are cooked. Serve with guacamole and sour cream.
