Ingredients:
2 Apples washed, peeled, cored and cut into small pieces
Pickle masala powder 2 to 3 tablespoons a per your taste
Salt as per taste (optional)
Red chilli powder as per taste (optional)
Lemon juice as per taste
Seasoning:
Oil 2 to 3 spoons
Hing (asafetida)
Mustard Seeds
Curry leaves
Redchillies 2 or 3
Method:
In a bowl mix apple pieces, pickle masala powder and lemon
juice. In a seasoning pan put oil and when it is warm add mustard seeds and
when they splutter add curry leaves, red chillies and hing to it. Now switch of
the stove and pour the seasoning to the apple mixture. Taste it and if you
think it needs more spice and salt add them as per taste.
It will be fresh as long as it is refrigerated. It is
perishable and will not be good if not refrigerated.
