Raagi (Finger Millet) Balls

Ingredients :

1 cup Ragi Flour
1 cup jaggery grated
1/2 cup Melted Ghee

1 cup very finely chopped mixed nuts (almonds,walnuts,cashews)


Method :

Dry roast the ragi flour for 4 to 5 minutes till you get the nice aroma and transfer into a bowl. Add the grated jaggery, nuts and melted ghee and make balls. This is same recipe as minapa sunnundalu but a variation with raagi flour.
