Easy Apple Pie In Minutes

Ingredients
9 inch Pillsbury pie crusts 
6 apples peeled and thinly sliced
3/4 cup brown sugar
tablespoons maida 
3/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon 
1/4 teaspoon salt

tablespoon lemon juice

Method


  • Preheat oven to 425°F. Thaw the pie crusts.  
  • In a pie plate place one pie crust and press firmly.
  • Keep the second crust aside. In a large bowl mix all the ingredients. 
  • Spoon the mixture into the pie plate. Place the second crust on top. 
  • Press edges together to seal and remove the extras. Cut slits with a knife on top crust. 
  • Bake for 40 to 45 minutes and until the crust is golden brown and apples are cooked.
  • After the first 20 minutes cover the edges with aluminium foil to prevent burning the edges.
  • Serve warm with Ice cream.
