Soy Oatmeal Veggie Dosa



Ingredients:

Soyabean flour - 1 cup
Oats - 1 cup
Sooji - 1 cup
Yogurt - 1 cup
Cucumber - 1 cup grated 
Carrots - 1 cup grated
green chillies - 3 finely chopped
coriander - chopped finely
zeera - 1 tsp
salt per taste
water -  1 to 2 cups based on little thicker than dosa consistency
oil for frying

Method:

Add all ingredients except oil. Add water enough for the desired consistency. Heat tawa and pour a big ladle full of dosa batter and spread it round thick. Pour couple of spoons of oil in the corners and when the sides are done turn around and heat again with oil until it is well done. Serve with chutney you desired.
