Lentil Soup

Ingredients


2 cups lentil soup mix

3 cups - water or more as per your taste

1/2 cup - fresh celery

1 teaspoon - crushed basil

1 teaspoon - crushed oregano

salt and pepper as per taste

Method

Pressure cool the lentils until soft. In a large stockpot add cooked lentils and all the ingredients and bring to boil. Add enough water for the soup consistency.

Remarks

Serve warm with bread crumbs or a simple toasted bread.
