Eggless Mango Cake

Ingredients:

Wet Ingredients:

1 1/2 cups fresh pureed mango or mango tin
1/3 cup canola oil
1 tsp vanilla essence or raspberry syrup

Dry Ingredients:

1 1/2 cups maida (all-purpose flour)
2 tsp baking powder           
1/2 tsp salt
2/3 cup sugar
1 tsp cardamom powder

Method:

Preheat oven to 350 Fahrenheit.
Mix all the dry ingredients in a bowl and add the wet ingredients to it and gently mix it well.

Pour the batter in an already greased cake pan and bake for 30 to 40 minutes until a tooth pick inserted comes out clean. Let it stand until it is cool and take the cake out of the pan.
